During this period, the fructose and amino acids in the garlic undergo a Maillard reaction and enzymatic browning, gradually turning the cloves from white to dark brown, and eventually to deep black. That’s how black garlic gets its name and unique appearance.

Our MOQ varies depending on the product’s value and density. To optimize cost-efficiency and logistics, we generally recommend a minimum of one full container load (FCL). However, for higher-value items, orders as low as 1 metric ton or even 100 kg may be acceptable.

Yes, we offer free samples in small quantities. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

3. What is your delivery lead time and available shipping methods?
We typically ship within 1–2 weeks after receiving your advance payment. Multiple shipping options are available to suit your needs, including sea transport (FCL & LCL), rail, and air freight.
